I will be running the first ever Paint Your Spirit Guide workshop. ✨ This is something that has been years coming together, pulling different parts of what I do into one beautiful experience 💕 We start with Starchild Astral Vision tea to open the senses. I will guide you into a beautiful relaxing meditation where you can meet your Guide. A bit of journaling next, to make note of anything of importance learned here, then we put paint down onto the canvas, purely driven by feeling and intuition. This is not about art or crating a beautiful painting, this is about connection and creating something that you can use to reconnect with your Guide going forward. Next we willh share and discuss what we have learned, followed by grounding. You will take home your painting, along with a download to a meditation for you to keep, which uses your painting. No artistic experience is needed. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
