Hematite

Hematite is a good grounding stone. It can inspire you while keeping your feet firmly on the ground.
In healing, it is said to reduce pain from leg cramps and fractures, cleanse the blood and aid blood related-problems such as anaemia.
Hematite should not be used for long periods of time or placed where there is swelling.
