Aquamarine

Aquamarine is believed to be the stone of courage and fortitude and counteracts the "victim" mentality. It is a calming stone and can reduce stress to quieten the mind, clarifying perception, sharpening intellect and removing confusion.
It is good for removing blocks for communication, and gives you strength to deal with difficult situations, allowing you to stay focused under pressure.
